SAS LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Stache-it mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Data You Provide

• Staches: The labels and facts you create and store within the App. This data is created entirely by you and stored for your personal use.

Data Stored Automatically

• iCloud Data: Your staches are stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. This enables syncing across your devices. We do not have access to your iCloud credentials or the ability to read your data on Apple's servers.

How Your Data Is Stored

All your data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not operate our own servers to store your personal data. Your staches remain under your control through your Apple ID and iCloud account.

Biometric Authentication

The App offers Face ID or Touch ID authentication to protect access to your staches. Biometric data is processed entirely by your device's secure enclave and is never accessible to the App or transmitted to any server.

Siri Integration

The App integrates with Siri to allow voice commands for creating and retrieving staches. Voice processing is handled by Apple's Siri service according to Apple's privacy policies. We do not receive or store any voice recordings.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share your data with third parties.

Data Retention

Your data remains stored as long as you keep it in the App. You can delete individual staches or all staches at any time within the App. Deleting the App will remove all locally stored data. Data stored in iCloud can be managed through your iCloud settings.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access: View all your staches within the App at any time
• Delete: Remove individual staches or clear all data
• Portability: Share your staches using the App's share feature

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our website.
